Day 1

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by your expert guide for your private transfer to Jinja. Known as the adventure capital of East Africa, Jinja sits at the historic starting point of the world's longest river. After checking into your hotel to refresh from your flight, the evening is yours to unwind. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the lush banks of the River Nile or board a sunset boat cruise to the Source of the Nile, watching the sky transform over the waters of Lake Victoria.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, head to the riverbanks for the ultimate adrenaline rush. Following a comprehensive safety briefing from experienced river guides, you’ll launch into the legendary Nile River for a world-class white-water rafting expedition. Navigate famous rapids and calm pools as you paddle through one of the most stunning river valleys on earth. After a picnic lunch on a secluded island mid-stream, conclude your rafting journey and transition to a more serene afternoon: a boat cruise to the Source of the Nile. Stand at the very spot where the river begins its 6,650 km journey to the Mediterranean and explore the deep historical legacy of the region.

Day 3

After breakfast, depart Jinja and journey toward the emerald foothills of Mount Elgon. Upon arrival at Sipi, settle into your lodge for a hot lunch before embarking on a guided expedition of the three iconic waterfalls. Trek through lush landscapes to witness each cascade, with the opportunity to take a refreshing swim in the cool, natural pools at the base of the falls. Your afternoon continues with an immersive community coffee tour, where you’ll learn the art of Arabica production from local farmers. To cap off the day, visit a spectacular viewpoint to watch the sun dip below the horizon, painting the valley in golden hues.

- Your entrance time may be 30 minutes before or after the one you request. For example, if you select 2:00 PM, your entrance time might be 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, or 2:30 PM
- Last entry into the museum is one hour before closing and you will be asked to vacate the museum 30 minutes before closure
- The museum opening hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM to 9:45 PM; Tuesday: Closed
- You will need to wait in the security line
- You will receive your Louvre tickets via email
- Some rooms have been temporarily closed
- The Salle des États (where the Mona Lisa is displayed) will be entered and exited through separate doors
- The loan of strollers or wheelchairs will remain possible
- Visitors with free entry (‘Pass Education’ holders, under 18s, and EU residents under 25, all with valid ID) need to book a time slot online on the Louvre website in order to be able to enter with you
